This policy explains how Intermountain Whitecat, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Intermountain Whitecat,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website. It applies to this website only. It does not cover information exchanged under a signed non-disclosure agreement, supply agreement or other contract, which is governed by that agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a project brief, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email address, product category, formula status, estimated annual units, packaging format, target launch date and any project requirements you choose to describe. Providing this is voluntary, but without it we cannot assess or quote your project.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data, including IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages viewed. We use this to operate and secure the site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site, and you should not submit it here.

Confidential technical information

Do not send confidential formulas, specifications or other trade-secret material through this website. Information submitted through the project brief form is not treated as confidential unless and until a non-disclosure agreement is in place between us. See our Terms of Use.

As built on 19 September 2026, this site sets only the cookies its hosting platform requires to serve pages and process form submissions. It runs no advertising, analytics or session-recording tools and no third-party tag manager. If that changes, this section and the site’s consent handling will be updated before the tooling goes live.
