Using this site

You may view, download and print pages from this site to evaluate our manufacturing services. You may not copy, republish, scrape or systematically extract the site’s content, use it to train a machine-learning model, resell it, or use it in any way that interferes with the site’s operation or security.

Site content is general information, not a quotation

Descriptions of formulation, blending, filling and packaging capabilities on this site are general and indicative. Capacities, equipment, line configurations, laboratory services, minimum order quantities, lead times and project durations vary by product, formula, packaging format and production schedule.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation, a specification, a commitment of capacity, or a representation that any particular product can be manufactured for you. Binding terms exist only in a written quotation or agreement signed by us.

What you send us

If you send us a project brief, a sample, a formula or any other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights.

Unless a signed non-disclosure agreement covers it, material you send us is not confidential and we are under no obligation to treat it as confidential. Do not send trade-secret or confidential formulation detail before an NDA is in place.

You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us permission to use it for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, layout, graphics, photographs and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. “Intermountain Whitecat” and the associated logos and product names are our marks. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.
